September 12 - Travis Cottrell Jesus Saves Live! Concert - 6:00-8:00 Join Travis Cottrell, his musicians and a 150 member choir for a night of Praise & Worship music celebration. Doors open at 5:00. There is no charge for the evening, but a love offering will be taken.

September 13 - Monday Night Visitation - 6:30 Meet in the Preschool Area. Reach in and reach out to our community.

September 13 - First Place Orientation - 7:00 Room 113

September 15 - Bible Study Fellowship resumes - 9:15

September 19 - Auto Zone Car Show Hospitality Booth - 1:00-4:00 Our Auto Zone neighbor has asked FBC to partner with them to conduct the car show. We will set up a booth in the Auto Zone parking lot where we will give out cookies and advertise our Fall Carnival at Waplehorst Park on October 31. Sign up Sunday in the concourse to help.

FBC St. Charles will host the JESUS SAVES LIVE! Tour with Travis Cottrell during the evening service. Join us for an evening of Praise and Worship music with Travis Cottrell and a 150 voice choir.

First Baptist Church of St. Charles has so much to offer you and your family and Open House is the best place to learn how you can jump in and get involved.

Here is your chance to meet new people, and learn the story and vision behind First Baptist Church. Open House is held the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in Room 124.

Call the church office, 928-1311, to sign up for the class and receive a free Wednesday meal prior to the class at 5:00pm in the gym.

FIRST PLACE 4 HEALTH (Christ-centered weight loss program)

SPECTRUM (For Families with special needs: autism, ADD/ADHD, allergies, etc.)

First Place is a Christ-centered weight loss and healthy living program that meets on Mondays at 7pm in Room 113 and Wednesdays at 6:30pm in Room 127. The program includes Bible study, a nutrition plan, exercise, daily prayer and Scripture memorization. Contact the church office, 928-1311, for more information.

Sptectrum Support Group meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm in Room 124.

PRESCHOOL MINISTRY

Come join the Preschool Team where laughter and hugs are abundant!

We need volunteers in the 9:30 and 11:00 hours on Sundays for the Preschool Department.

If you can give an hour and 15 minutes every 5-6 weeks, the children would love to have you come and play. This ministry is so much fun and very easy. You can be a kid all over again!

BIBLE STUDY

Sunday Morning Bible Study - 8:15, 9:30 and 11:00

Additional studies offered during the school year (fall-spring):

Precept Bible Study - offered Tuesdays, 6:30pm, and Wednesdays, 9:00am

BSF - Bible Study Fellowship - Wednesdays, 9:15am

Precept Bible Study - Observation, Interpretation, Application. Precept’s method uses an investigative approach that takes each person to the text directly. This session study is the book of 2Peter, ”How to Keep a King From Falling”. In a day when false teachers are leading countless peoples astray, to live effectively for Christ we need to know the truth. Learn to live effectively and grow in spiritual discernment in Precept Bible Study.

Bible Study Fellowship - This is a ladies’ in-depth comprehensive study. The current study is the book of John. A preschool program is also available for birth through kindergarten. You are invited to a BSF introduction class any Wednesday morning at 9:15am in the FBC worship center.
